UEFA Increase the Number of Players for Euro 2024
UEFA is committed to investigating the national team selectors' suggestion to expand the number of players they can utilize while maintaining the current limit of 26. UEFA upped the number of participants for the previous Euro, which took place during the Covid-19 epidemic, from 23 to 26. FIFA endorsed the plan, and the World Cup 2022 selectors picked 26 players. Before the upcoming Euro, UEFA announced that the maximum number of players allowed will be 23.
