No matter how handy my phone is, some important tasks and experiences are meant only for the laptop – paying bills, booking flights, hotels etc. However, that changed quickly when I was in a situation where I couldn’t access my laptop and tried booking flight tickets via Air India’s mobile app during the sale season.
